Scholarships & Financial Aid

Scholarships and Tuition Assistance / Financial Aid

Thanks to the generosity of alumnae, parents, and past parents, and through donations and support to The Arroyo Pacific Foundation, we are able to offer both merit and need-based tuition assistance to some of our local students.

President's Scholarship
This is an academic merit-based scholarship available for incoming freshmen who have demonstrated excellence in academic performance or in the arts. Please contact Olivia Zhang for details and an application.

FACTS Management Financial Aid

Need-based tuition assistance is also available. A financial aid application must be completed through FACTS Management Co. To be considered for financial aid, the parent(s) must set up an account with FACTS Management Co., complete the FACTS Management Co. application form and upload supporting documents. FACTS charges a $35 financial aid application fee. Only one application is needed per family if siblings are applying to Arroyo Pacific Academy.

International Students

Other Costs to Consider

Room and Board

Most of our international students stay with homestay families, other than those who can stay with a family member living near the school. While the cost of a homestay varies based on the specific student and family, Room and Board usually costs our students between $2,000 and $2,500 per month.

Additional School Costs

Participation in travel, social activities, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities may also require additional fees.

Students are responsible for purchasing their own supplies (notebooks, calculators, pens and pencils, etc.). This amount will vary depending on the courses studied.

Travel & Pocket Money

Many students visit their home country during holiday breaks or during the summer (as Visa's only allow the students to remain in the U.S. as long as they are enrolled in classes). Please ensure that you budget for these flights/trips.

Also, part of being an international student is experiencing the culture of your new country through visits to museums, parks, and other well known attractions, in addition to trying local foods. Please also budget for your student to have any pocket money that you find necessary during their stay.
