With the passing of prohibition and organized crime on the rise, The Clarke Center, a swanky speakeasy run by the Irish Land Boss and his sidekick, The Flapper, has been nothing but jumping. To celebrate its success, The Flapper (and her “Flappettes”) are planning a party to remember at the exclusive nightspot and YOU simply cannot miss this.
